CRITICAL: Token PIN Cannot Be Reset — As Per CCA Guidelines

As per the Controller of Certifying Authorities (CCA) Guidelines, the password/PIN of a locked USB crypto token cannot be reset under any circumstances. If you forget your token PIN and exhaust all allowed attempts, the token will lock permanently.

🚫 Resetting a locked DSC token PIN is NOT permitted under CCA Guidelines. This is the law — no Certifying Authority or service provider can override it.

Once locked, the token is permanently unusable. You will need to apply for a completely fresh Digital Signature Certificate with a new USB token. There is no recovery process. Always store your token PIN in a safe, private location. Never share your PIN with anyone — including our team, your CA, or any third party.

Required when the applicant is an employee, not a director. If the applicant is a director, an Authorization Letter is required instead. Must align with MCA Signatories List.

Authority Letter (Organisation eKYC)

Required if the applicant is a Director as per MCA List or a Partner as per Partnership Deed. Used for organisation eKYC verification.

Required when the applicant does not have a current bank account and cannot submit a bank statement as part of the DSC application.
